    Clinical Scope


    Our practices are built for doctors who want to do advanced dentistry every day:

    • Full-arch fixed rehabilitation (All-on-X / All-on-4)
    • Implant overdentures
    • Single implant placement and restoration
    • Bone and soft-tissue grafting

    Our model includes

    • In-house lab technicians
    • Dental assistant–driven restorative workflows
    • A heavily surgical procedure mix designed for efficiency and outcomes

    Compensation & Equity


    First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production with the ability to earn over $700,000 annually.

    After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees

    Earned master-level DSO equity — no buy-in, no debt

    This is not a short-term production role. It's a long-term ownership and leadership opportunity.
