- Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary and secondary lesions, such as
- Provide, with established protocols and under the supervision of the Nurse Practitioner,
- Document treatment and findings in resident health record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills required
- Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language
- Assist in the evaluation and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and
- Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
- Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling
- Valid TX Vocational Nurse License (LVN)
- Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in an acute and/or subacute
- CPR and basic life support (BLS) certifications
- Certification and prior experience in wound care
- Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends

professionals. As part of our team, you would be responsible for providing care under the supervision of
a Nurse Practitioner. You must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to be considered for this position;
bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
