Job Description:
Understanding of Multidisciplinary Workflows.
Good Knowledge on overall Engineering Life Phases.
Interdisciplinary Co-ordination & Conflict Management.
Participating in Design Review & Intervein/mediating to actions requires cross functional resolutions.
Client Comment Analysis on Submissions and Comment resolution.
Overall Quality Management System Implementation.
Deliverable Quality check through Interdisciplinary check (IDC) process.
Quality Department Audit Feedback & Responsible for Improvement Notes & Observation close-out.
Develop, Control & Update Project Quality Procedures, Templates & Formats in coordination with technical Discipline.
SPOC for Lesson Learnt. Lessons Learnt capture, review and maintain the database for the same
SPOC for Value Engineering. Analyse/Review Value Engineering ideas, Feedback to Project Manager and ensure effective implementation.
Facilitate Engineering Discipline for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions.
Interfacing between Engineering & PMT team for grey areas (Not with definitive Ownership/responsibility).
Arrange Continuous Improvement Initiatives through day in day out action
