Job summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and caring LPN/RN to join our team at Stillwater, a small privately owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We provide a family-like atmosphere for our residents, families, vendors and staff; embracing the phrase "It takes a village". Our nursing department is the heart of resident care, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships.Responsibilities
- Ensure sound infection control practices are in place that promotes a healthy environment. ,
- Maintain responsibility for development, implementation, modification and communication of all resident assessments and customized service plans. ,
- Serve as liaison between resident, family, physician and other health care providers regarding health care issues. ,
- Perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice as allowed by state law and in compliance with Stillwater Senior Living.
