- Establish and maintain HR staff records and reports
- Data entry of HR information into various HR tools and software
- Handles all HR functions throughout the night shift including attendance records, employee relations, and basic HR related inquiries
- Conducts routine stay interviews and ensure employee morale is maintained
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Administrative experience with HR
