    Shift Hours

    2nd shift: 4:00pm until finish

    Job duties and Responsibilities

    We're looking for professional technicians with the experience of profession on industrial Maintenance environment, have reliable transportation. The ideal candidate prioritizes to work on weekends take day off during the week take note this is a fast environment our downtime is 10 minutes.

    Expectations on maintenance technician are to be able work on fast environment, professional & educated manners to our customers, self-motivation, able to work with Hights, experience on high voltage, low voltage, read blueprints, follow GMP and PPE, finish duties or tasks on time.

    Knowledge of conveyors, electrical, pumps, motors, and plumbing are a must.

    Clean and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery

    Examine parts for defects

    Diagnose malfunctions using voltmeter

    Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.

    Dissemble machinery and equipment

    Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.

    Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment

    Basic math skills are required

    Record repairs and maintenance performed work orders

    Working on PM's on equipment assigned

    Able to multitask

    Able to communicate and work effectively with others

    Performs duties and tasks routinely

    Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality, (HACCP, GMP, Safety)

    Ability to organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines.

    Understand Good Manufacturing Practices.

    Work environment

    · Full time position

    · Must be willing to work in refrigerated environment – Cold/Wet 38°ree;F

    · Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as scheduled or needed.

    · Must work in a professional and courteous manor with subordinates and peers.

    · Open to work in a diverse work environment.

    Education/ Experience

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.

    Must have 3 to 6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Physical Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.

    The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Employee must submit to post offer, pre-employment drug test and employment history check.

    Employee must be able to stand for long periods of time.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 45 per week

    Schedule:

    • 10 hour shift
    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Overnight shift
    • Overtime
    • Weekends as needed
