    AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Business Systems Consultant 3, Helpdesk / Customer Support

    for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in Trenton, NJ.

    Schedule:
    Full-time, 40 hours/week, Hybrid

    Assignment Duration:

    4 Months with possibility of extending.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Compensation is between 35

    hourly.

    Position Description:
    Position is Hybrid; 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote. Project duration will be extended.


    Business Analyst with Help Desk, Customer Service, Analysis, and Testing experience to work in a Help Desk support role to work on provisioning user access to applications.

    Relevant work experience:

    6 to 8 years.

    Required / Desired Skills
    5 years of experience as a business analyst is required.
    5 years of experience with customer service/end user support/help desk support is required.
    5 years' knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, test scripts, etc. is required.
    5 years of experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology including Agile methodology is required.
    5 years of experience in collaborating with multiple teams to develop and implement programs is required.
    5 years of experience with software testing is required.

    3 years of experience in ability to analyze complex business processes, workflows, and assist the user with the issue and resolution is required.

    3 years of experience in developing UI/UX mockups and workflows (Adobe XD preferred) is required.

    5 years of experience in ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows and propose areas for improvement is required.

    5 years of experience in creating user training manuals and conducting user training and demos is required.
    4-year college degree or equivalent study required.

    Project/Responsibilities
    This unit has responsibility for provisioning user access.

    A Business Analyst is needed to handle this via a Help Desk role and also to come up with ways to automate our systems/enhance the provisioning process so that this manual process becomes more efficient.


    The Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the help desk, accepting help desk tickets, analyzing requests, and assisting the user with a resolution in a timely manner.

    The Business Analyst will be working within a team to instigate process improvements in the provisioning workflow.

    The Business Analyst will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to be organized, multitask, take initiative and be customer friendly.
