Summary of the Position: The Treatment Team Coordinator provides clinical oversight for the specialized units. The Treatment Team Coordinator provides clinical services to the youth and oversees the implementation of each person's served treatment program. This individual works closely with the Residential Manager to ensure that each person served is working toward progress on their treatment goals. The Treatment Team Coordinator is responsible for ongoing clinical development and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
Master's Degree in Human Services Related Field
Licensure

Years of Experience
A minimum of two year's experience

Must be customer and team focused in order to accomplish treatment goals.
