Job summary
This position manages Program Engineering Planning and Construction activities for NNS' assigned modules and delivery hulls Regularly interface with NNS home departments Electric Boat Navy counterparts Government and represent NNS during performanceprogress reviews Broad based knowledge of Submarine program processes along with certification financial data systems Full understanding of the entire Design Build Sustain process as well as facilities personnel resources and financial commitments Subcontractor Task Instruction estimating execution Material support Demand Order Feed processing Design For Affordability Module Shipout Processes- Bachelor's Degree or higher required
- 8 years progressive professional supervisory work experience Master's Degree may substitute for 4 years experience One year equivalent to Bachelor's may be substituted by relevant exempt non-exempt experience military pay grade E-5 above military experience shipbuilding trades manufacturing High School/GED combined Manufacturing Shipbuilding Trades Military or other relevant exempt non-exempt experience
