    The Field Coordinator will work directly with the Production Lead to ensure that operations are being done safely and that everyone is following MNR procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead by example, Safety, Trust, & Respect.
    • This role will require 90% time in the field & 10% in the office.
    • Review JSAs to make sure that it follows the step in the SOW.
    • Make weekly activity report and review with the foreman every Monday.
    • Train new operators on their route.
    • Make sure operators are trained and understand their route.
    • Train new operators, EVIN, XSPOC, & Excel
    • Be a mentor for the operators.
    • Operator competency assessment
    • Fill in for operators to cover routes.
    • Assist operators if they are having issues and need to finish making their rounds.
    • Work with maintenance crews on projects.
    • Communicate issues and make sure that these issues are taken care of.
    • Make sure well tests are performed and entered EVIN correctly.
    • Work with the ops center to make sure the field is keeping up with well tests and down well list.
    • Make sure RTPs are getting tested in a timely matter.
    Qualifications:
    • Microsoft Office competency
    • Clear understanding of EVIN, CygNet, & Excel
    • Strong Communication Skills
