    Project Manager (Project finance and M&A expert) for global energy advisor in Boston

    As a pivotal member of the firm's Project Finance deal team, you'll be immersed in dynamic transactions and entrusted with leading autonomous missions. Your role will entail overseeing advisory tasks related to financial structuring, debt raising, and M&A equity finance, serving as the main liaison for clients, stakeholders, and team members. Joining their expanding team in Boston means collaborating closely with professionals across continents within their network.

    Responsibilities

    • Taking responsibility for advisory missions such as financial structuring, debt raising, and supporting M&A equity finance transactions
    • Leading interactions with clients, banks, and project stakeholders
    • Supervising financial analysts in developing and managing financial models for renewable energy projects
    • Overseeing due diligence processes and coordinating with other advisors
    • Gathering market intelligence on sectors relevant to the company, including electricity markets, debt markets, and venture capital markets
    • Sharing knowledge, building networks, and supporting business development efforts
    • Actively participating in an entrepreneurial, international, and dynamic team dedicated to project success and client satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Hold a Master's or similar degree, preferably in Finance or Engineering
    • Possess 8+ years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial concepts
    • Have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
    • Thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative
    • Exhibit ownership and accountability for allocated tasks
    • Be willing to work in cross-border teams and travel abroad
    • Show empathy towards the needs and aspirations of relevant stakeholders
    • Possess proficiency in an additional language (Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Chinese, or Japanese)
