- Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting electric and pneumatic pumps.
- General facility upkeep and routine repairs.
- Repair and rebuild Pneumatic/Hydraulic pumps.
- Changing of mechanical seals in centrifugal pumps.
- Repair and rebuild gear pumps.
- Equipment calibration.
- Shaft alignment for pumps.
- Flow and pressure transmitters.
- PLC based control system.
- Industrial electrical work up to 480 volts.
- 120v and 480v electrical including motor starts and VFD's.
- Ability to work on projects and work orders with minimum supervision.
- Basic computer skills (creating and fill out work orders on a web-based system).
- And any duties and responsibility assigned for the department.
- 3+ years' experience in a Industrial Maintenance , manufacturing
- Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
- Proven track record of effective problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Office software.

Maintenance Mechanic will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time. This position will perform electrical, mechanical, sheet metal, welding, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts. This position will entail standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds during shift.
