As an engineering manager, you'll lead a team to drive impact across a significant portion of the product. We're looking for someone who is excited about helping our students, and our engineers grow and learn.

Building the best English tutoring experience.
Build a healthy marketplace, helping students find the perfect tutors for their goals.

Tutor Experience:
Helping tutors join and succeed on Cambly.
10+ years of software engineering experience
~3+ years leading an engineering team
~ Experience with our tech stack (mongodb, flask/python, react/redux) or similar technologies

Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product management to own the team's vision and strategy.

Help set team goals and technical direction while ensuring that they align with the goals of the larger organization.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand.

All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
200,000-$230,000 USD Base Salary + Pre-IPO Stock Options
