    Location: Battlefield, MO

    Status: Full-Time | 4 days per week

    Compensation: $220,000 - $350,000+

    Daily Guarantee: $1,000 (for the first 6 months)

    Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

    You'll step into a supportive environment with experienced assistants and hygienists, ensuring your day runs smoothly. Our practice is part of a small group of nearby offices, providing operational support and shared resources. Enjoy predictable schedules and same-day dentistry without the chaos

    Our mentorship is tailored to your experience and goals. Dr. Bowen offers guidance in treatment planning, efficiency, Invisalign, and implants when you're ready. With ongoing training every two months and modern technology at your fingertips, your clinical growth is our priority.

    This is a long-term opportunity for an associate who wants to be a primary provider and leader. You'll quickly build a full schedule, earn patient trust, and have the option to pursue ownership. This role is designed for a dentist eager for responsibility, autonomy, and long-term impact.

    • Provide high-quality restorative dentistry.

    • Participate in team discussions and ongoing development.
