    Job Summary

    Auburn University Advancement is excited to begin the search for a student worker to provide support to the Office of Alumni Affairs Engagement team

    Essential Functions
    • Post event data processing, which includes researching ID number/records updates, compiling survey results, etc.
    • Handling the processing of credit card receipts and invoices.
    • Assisting with event-set-up and breakdown:
      • Gather and organize supplies
      • Setting up drink stations
      • Placing linens on tables
      • Greeting vendors


    Minimum Qualifications
    • Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate Auburn University student.


    Preferred Qualifications

    Pay Rate
    $9.25/hour

    Work Hours
    20, M-F, some weekends and evenings
