Manage a caseload of 10-15 cases, ensuring collaboration with 2-3 attorneys per case to strategize and execute legal actions
Lead full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through to trial, including managing pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities
Handle high-profile litigation against leading attorneys, employing innovative strategies to navigate legal challenges
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
~ Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
~3-5 years of litigation experience
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal arguments and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and courts
~ Proficient in legal research and technology tools, including Lexus Nexus and West Law, to enhance case preparation and efficiency
~ Commitment to ethical legal practice and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
