- Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial and securities regulations, including disclosure requirements and reporting deadlines.
- Staying informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations and adapting the company's reporting practices accordingly.
- Collaborating with senior management to contribute to the development of financial and business strategies.
- Providing financial insights that support decision-making, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and capital structure management.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing crisis communication and handling sensitive financial disclosures as needed.
- The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Will be extremely skilled in developing financial models in Excel and building PowerPoint presentations
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong influencing skills in conjunction with attention to detail, tenacity, and the ability to articulate to all levels of influence
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- The flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics required
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality or real estate investment is preferred
