Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in any specialty
• Practicing physicians with hospice or palliative experience preferred
• New grads with HPM fellowship encouraged to apply
• Supervision of 2 APPs
• Incoming candidate will see patients in their homes, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support
