    Description

    Linger's globally-inspired, street-food menu is influenced by makeshift kitchens and streetside nooks from around the world.

    Housed in the former Olinger mortuary, the decor layers macabre remnants of the history of the building, with posh vintage details in a window-flanked space overlooking the Lower Highlands neighborhood.

    Featuring one of Denver's largest rooftop patios, outfitted with a 1975 GMC "Bar-V" and a repurposed food truck, Linger is one of Denver's signature destination dining and gathering spaces.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
    • Check customer identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
    • Handle cash transactions and operate the pointofsale system
    • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
    • Stay uptodate on current cocktail trends and menu offerings
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
    • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
    • Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a similar setting
    • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage offerings
    • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
    • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
    • TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    Salary Description

    Starting wage $34-$38 with tips
