Degree: Bachelor Job Description The Product Manager will drive buyer experience initiatives for our global Checkout path, build and improve products to generate higher transaction volume, augment buyer experience and increase customer loyalty.
You're ll be responsible for the buyer-facing products from scope to launch, focusing on the checkout path, including but not limited to Favorites, Cart, checkout, order management, for PC and Mweb.
Identify buyers' needs and analyze data (quantitative & qualitative) to optimize the checkout experience and improve customer satisfaction & loyalty
Collaborate with user analysis, technology, and operations teams to ensure projects launch smoothly
Minimum of 3 years experience in product management role required, B2B preferred
Bachelor's degree
Passion for building great user experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin, must work well with others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.), SQL
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
