    Key Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
    • Provide legal counsel on landlord-tenant issues, real estate transactions, and leasing disputes.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal leasing regulations.
    • Collaborate with property managers, landlords, tenants, and internal business teams.
    • Assist in resolving lease disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation support.
    • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for leasing transactions.
    • Stay updated on changes in real estate and leasing laws and advise on legal implications.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active Colorado law license in good standing.
    • 3+ years of experience in commercial leasing.
    • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
    • Knowledge of real estate law, landlord-tenant laws, and leasing regulations.
    • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a law firm, real estate company, or corporate legal department.
    • Familiarity with retail, office, industrial, or multi-family leasing.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary of $135,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility.
    • Formulaic compensation arrangements available for the most senior candidates.
    • Health, life, disability, dental, and vision insurance.
    • 401(k) plan.
    • Paid parking.
