    dynamic

    Program Manager

    to join our Language Services team working in Reston, Virginia.

    The Program Manager will be responsible for:


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Maintaining ATS' employee focused culture
    Partnering with the ATS Business Development team to expand language capabilities
    Partnering with functional leadership to drive efficiencies in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Security, Program Control and Contracts resulting in positive customer impacts and program effectiveness
    Developing and providing professional development and training from internal and external sources for Operations personnel and functions

    Reports directly to the Division Manager
    Managers a team of 3 (2 Deputy Program Managers and 1 Travel Coordinator)
    Primary work location is ATS, VA with some local travel
    Works primarily at ATS' Reston office, but flexibility remains for alternative work locations on a case-by-case basis
    Manages a cadre of traveling employees and provides travel administration support, such as maintaining tracking spreadsheets, producing expense reports, processing travel documents, and overseeing timecard compliance/approvals
    Maintains engagement/ensures responsiveness with team of traveling employees
    Manages relations with the client in a dynamic environment at all levels of the program office organization

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered
    Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in industry
    3 years program management experience
    In-depth knowledge of Intelligence Community security protocols

    Exceptional communication and people skills with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds
    Excellent writing skills
    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
    Well-spoken and able to articulate procedures and processes clearly
    Comfortable providing briefings or ad-hoc training
    Experience with linguists and/or a language program (desired)
