    Key Responsibilities include:


    Position is for a Senior techno-functional Support Professional, preferably with several hands-on implementation/upgrade engagements and support background in one or more of Oracle cloud ERP modules like Fusion HCM, SCM, Manufacturing, Financials.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests.

    The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.


    Uses in-depth knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle Applications Architecture, Maintains, and interacts with clients, partners, and Oracle Managed Cloud teams.

    Utilizes knowledge in eBusiness suite Administration and Functional background with extensive client facing experience to resolve complex data processing problems.

    Should be knowledgeable and hands on with respect to Oracle eBusiness Applications (R 12.2.x/12.1.

    x) and Oracle database (R 12c/19c) along with:
    Strong Finance concepts & business processes knowledge, business cycles.

    Hands-on experience of multiple Implementation/Support with Oracle EBS & Fusion modules - HCM / SCM / Manufacturing / Financials.

    Act as Subject Matter Expert producing scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions with appropriate technical information utilizing Oracle & related technologies

    Collaborate with business leaders and customer IT leaders in developing cost effective architecture and roadmap meeting business requirements

    Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.

    Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is plus

    Creates and updates best practices and procedures in the customer's operations guide.

    Evaluate and analyze customer environments by assessing the system health, reviewing SRs, following up with respective queues (both in Support and MCS) on the progress of the SRs, communication with end customer on the status and adjusting the priorities based on the issues impacting the customer's ability to conduct business.

    Review and verify tickets to ensure the contents clearly meet the customer's needs and are completed as scheduled.

    Prepares regular reports to reflect the customer's major concerns and improvements. Responsible for knowing customer's key projects, critical milestones, and recurring business needs. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.


    This position is professional in nature and scope and requires, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent.

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $45.53 to $95.91 per hour; from $94,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.


    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
