Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fulfillment Team Lead.

The Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Additionally, the role will involve organizing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout, and analyzing operations metrics.

Qualifications
Strong experience in Pick and Pack order fulfillment operations and processes
Experience in leading a team within a fulfillment or distribution center
Strong team management and communication skills
Relentless customer focus and an ability to anticipate problems and provide efficient solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A working knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices
Prior experience with Extensiv WMS softwate is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred
