- Communicate with co-workers and direct supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.

- Coordinate finished goods shipment to meet customer demands
- Notify/Communicate with customers with any issues with shipment or scheduling
- Follow all standard operating and rules of thumb procedures for shipments and depletions of customer inventory.
- Perform data entry accurately and on a timely basis
- Prepare a Bill of Lading for all shipping customers
- Create customer orders for warehouse team
- Work with carriers to schedule appointments, communicate load status, and updates
- High School diploma or a GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision.
- Must have aptitude to use and operate a computer including basic e-mail functions and Excel.
- Drug-free, able to pass a drug test.
