    Description

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a global client with their US HQ here in the bay area. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing lead generation and nurturing processes across marketing platforms to increase conversion rates from marketing qualified leads (MQL) to opportunities and wins.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Marketing Planning:

    • Develop digital, traditional media, and event marketing strategies to meet US growth objectives.
    • Formulate annual business plans and monthly tracking reports on MQLs, opportunities, and wins.
    • Coordinate third-party digital advertising opportunities.
    • Direct the creative process for digital media concepts.

    Digital Marketing Activities:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with yearly KPIs.
    • Drive online traffic across digital touchpoints and optimize content and websites.
    • Execute, optimize, and report on SEO/SEM, email, social, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Configure and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns using Marketo, SAP Hybris, and Salesforce.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry practices.
    • Conduct research on marketing trends and customer demand.
    • Monitor competitors' marketing communication approaches.
    • Propose and develop changes to improve opportunity generation and conversion rates.

    Support:

    • Cross-train international peers when required.
    • Travel may be necessary for key internal meetings outside the US.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Ads.
    • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
    • Fundamental knowledge of HTML.
    • Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads preferred.
