    Project Leader / Project Manager

    Full Time - fully remote (up to 50% travel - domestic)

    $65-75k base + incentives ranging up to $15k

    *Ideal candidate would have some PM experience with a background in sustainability; LED, HVAC, Plumbing, Solar, Water Conservation, Lighting or EV Chargers.*

    Overview:

    We are looking for an energetic, driven, entrepreneurial candidate with a strong desire for personal growth. As a Project Leader, you will be the central hub interfacing with our field service installation teams as well as our customers. You will use your knowledge and experience to oversee and deliver world class projects, coach and align your teams with the company mission, and assist in creating new installation procedures, safety measures and training programs. As a fast growing company, we are in need of an individual who has the technical knowledge and experience to build effective teams and help us continue to improve our Field Services Department.

    You will report to the Director of Field Services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a positive customer experience through world class quality control and customer support
    • Maintain and develop lasting relationships with project stakeholders
    • Directly oversee multiple projects at a time
    • Communicate important project information to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
    • Coach, mentor, and inspire 2 to 4 high performing Crew Leaders and installation teams
    • Support the recruiting team in the hiring process, where necessary
    • Hold regular status reviews with Crew Leaders to ensure accurate forecasting, profitability, safety, and accountability
    • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of products
    • Work closely with Engineering to ensure all project specifications are met
    • Align with Finance to ensure proper billing from our vendors and to our customers
    • Travel regularly to projects all over the United States

    What you'll need:

    • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
    • A proven track record of delivering successful projects, and of developing & managing remote teams & subcontractors
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
    • Demonstrable proficiency in LED lighting, energy conservation, water conservation, alternative energy, and/or HVAC
    • Strong communication skills; ability to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
    • Ability to take on a task, break down into actionable components, formulate a plan, execute with a team, and clearly communicate regular progress
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite is required
    • An understanding of OSHA safety standards
    • Experience with Salesforce and project management systems are a plus
