    We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Wealth Management Department. Boulay Financial Advisors provide clients with holistic and integrated tax, estate, investment and wealth advice to simplify the financial. Our Associates provide direct assistance to a team of about 40 people and get hands-on client experience. Learn about financial planning processes, portfolio management, client relationship management, and tax planning.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with financial planning process
    • Assist in the portfolio management process
    • Assist with 401(k) Plan marketing and servicing
    • Help prepare documents for client meetings
    • Assist with quarterly performance review
    • Assist with client account administration function
    • Assist in the development of client communications
    • Assist with tax planning and compliance
    • Assist in researching technical issues
    • Assist in trading and the investment process
    • Assist with client development and on-going relationship management
    • Assist and facilitate the set-up and transfer of funds for new investment accounts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, or related degree
    • 0-3 years of accounting experience
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
    • Sound understanding of general stock market, mutual fund, financial planning, and economic terminologies with a firm grasp of the financial planning process.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to be flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to learn new processes and information quickly
    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
