- Weigh and portion products according to guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety standards
- Stock stations and replenish kitchen supplies as needed
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, maintaining a professional appearance
- Perform any other assigned duties
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Prep Cook in a full-service, high-volume kitchen
- Strong work ethic, customer focus, and team player attitude
- Proficient knife skills and food handling experience
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and execute them accurately
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
