    Job Title:

    The Crunch Membership Sales Advisor role is a dynamic position that plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional member experience through effective front desk operations and team management.

    Salary:

    $40,000 - $60,000 per year

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Front Desk Operations:
      • Ensure seamless execution of standard operating procedures and policies.
      • Communicate and implement club policies to employees and members.
    • Customer Service:
      • Provide world-class customer service to members at the front desk.
      • Resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Team Management:
      • Lead, train, and develop Front Desk staff.
      • Motivate employees to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Sales and Revenue:
      • Support company programs to drive new membership growth.
      • Train staff on sales activities, including phone inquiries and membership enrollments.
    • Leadership:
      • Create an inspiring work environment that fosters honest feedback and continuous improvement.
      • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the member experience.

    Requirements:

    • Fitness industry experience preferred.
    • Current CPR certification required.

    Accountabilities:

    • Meet financial budgetary goals.
    • Monitor Net Promoter Scores and Social Media Feedback Scores.
    • Achieve membership retention targets.

    Special Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership, administrative, and customer service skills.
