- Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and addressing different developmental stages.
- Skilled in various treatment methods including individual, group, family, and child therapy.
- Comply with organizational, departmental, state, and federal guidelines, as well as regulatory policies and procedures.
- Engage in Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
- Must have at least two (2) years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years.
- Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field in behavioral health.
- Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker in California.
- Should have a National Provider Identifier.
- Proficient in using current DSM nomenclature.
- Consistently demonstrate the skills and behaviors needed to provide excellent and culturally sensitive service.
- Experience in treating individuals of all ages and dealing with trauma is preferred.
- Working hours are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a flexible schedule including two evenings and Saturdays.
