    Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting to include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up
    This role is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI clearance

    What You'll Get to Do:

    Provides oversight/QA of labor and other direct cost for proper allocation and provides reporting on related data.

    • Conducts detailed analysis, problem solving and financial modeling.
    • Assists in development, improvement, and enforcement of business processes.
    • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.
    Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

    • Work is performed with limited oversight.
    • Recognize the relevance of analytical results.
    • Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
    • Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem .
    Supports programs forecasting with financial analytics.

    • Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies.
    • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
    • Prepares estimates to complete (ETC) and spend plans, audits subcontractor invoices, and provides briefings and related documentation and reports for financial assessments supporting corporate and Government requirements.
    • Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
    • Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and/or government project administration experience.
  • Knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations
  • Expert level in MS Excel with ability to manage and navigate complex workbooks
  • Thorough understanding of pivot tables, charts, lookups, and functions.

    • Must possess excellent analytical skills and exercising initiative while exhibiting sound/professional judgement and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to exercise independent decision-making.
    • Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
    Persistent, diligent attitude towards work assignments.

    • Operationally curious and ability to pursue situational understanding

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

    Experience with COGNOS, Costpoint, P2P, Chrome River.

    • Proficient in MS Excel
    • BA in Finance Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • CGFM, or CDFM.
    • Familiarity with data visualization.
    • Familiarity with financial modeling
