    Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)



    Department/Organization: IA Development



    Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some weekends and after hour events

    Job Summary: The Athletics Gift Accounting and Stewardship Coordinator works with the Assistant Athletics Director for Stewardship and Development Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive stewardship plan for Crimson Tide Foundation donors. Manages annual endowment reporting. Oversees the full scholarship endowment and stewardship process. Provides oversight of gift entry functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.



    Required Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree and four (4) years of accounting, development, advancement, or other philanthropic experience; OR bachelor's degree and two (2) years of accounting, development, advancement, or other philanthropic experience; OR master's degree or higher and some accounting, development, advancement, or other philanthropic experience.



    Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting and non-profit advancement principles. Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, establish and adhere to timelines, establish priorities, collaborate with internal and campus partners, and work autonomously. Basic knowledge of the usage of personal computers and standard application software (word processing, spreadsheet and/or database management programs).



    Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Intercollegiate Athletics, Higher Education or not-for-profit organization. Working knowledge of Paciolan, Banner and Blackbaud CRM systems.
