START Program Overview:
The START Nurse Residency program is the recipient of the Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) with Distinction designation from the ANCC.
Our next START cohort will begin in July 2024
. Application review and interviews will not take place until the week of 5/13/24
.

START Portfolio:
If you are selected as a prospective candidate, a member of the Human Resources department will contact you via email to submit a portfolio for review.
The portfolio requirements may include:
500-word essay on why you should be chosen for the START Nurse Residency program, academic credentials/transcripts, and letters of recommendation from clinical instructors.
The portfolio due date will be within one week from when you are contacted.ALL portfolios will be due by 5/3/24
