    Description

    Psychiatrist- Full Time, 36 hours a week- Full Benefits-Outpatient

    *Looking to sign an established professional or a student finishing residency in 2024. Adult and Pediatric Psychiatrist positions are available.

    Salary Range for Psychiatrists:

    $260,000-$320,000 based on experience level. Optional bonus up to $50 thousand, incentives up to $20,000. Loan repayment available.

    The right psychiatrist will want to serve the underserved by expanding access and helping remove barriers to care.

    Compensation and Benefits for our Psychiatrists include:

    • Strong base salary
    • National Health Corps Loan Repayment
    • CME allowance ($3,000)
    • Paid malpractice insurance
    • Generous time off (160 hrs)
    • Minimal call rotation
    • 9 paid holidays

    Requirements

    · Doctoral degree in Psychiatry

    · At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

    · Current, unrestricted MO state license to practice psychiatry or able to attain one
