    Summary Description: The Hilton Denver Inverness Hotel is seeking a Purchasing Agent responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of food and supplies, calculating figures for inventory and orders, completing requisition forms, and notifying the supervisor of low levels and damaged/incorrect items. This position will ensure adherence to all food safety standards

    Responsibilities:

    Calculate figures for food inventory, orders, and costs

    Maintain clear and organized records and filing systems

    Complete requisition forms and notify supervisor of low levels

    Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs

    Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports

    Receive, unload, and process deliveries

    Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues

    Adhere to all food safety and handling policies and procedures

    Monitor PAR levels for all food items

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Prior experience in purchasing

    Knowledge of food and beverage industry including inventory control and purchasing systems Similar

    Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50 Based on Experience
