    You'll spend most of your time in the field managing small, regional teams and actively solving problems and closing leads for our new facilities opening in 2024 and 2025.


    What you'll do:
    Achieve sales targets by prospecting and generating leads through a variety of self-directed activities, prospect follow-up, giving tours, and selling memberships according to Skiptown's sales guidelines

    Secure new Skiptown members by building strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders, responsible for a designated geographical area in multiple states

    Build and manage small (1-2) regional Brand Ambassadors in each of our new markets

    Develop and maintain relationships with community and corporate partners with a focus on promoting membership sales

    Partner with the Head of Marketing to form, modify, and prospect sales strategies that align with our brand

    Develop and track KPIs, and report regularly to the headquarters team to align on sales strategy and progress towards our goals


    What you'll bring:
    2-7 years in a supervisory membership sales role for a gym, health club, or other membership-based business with demonstrated success in hitting sales targets

    Ability to travel 50%+ beginning after orientation and training, including overnight stays

    Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, training and development of junior sales associates or brand ambassadors

    Ability to work a schedule with irregular work hours

    A strategic, outcome-oriented mindset, a dynamic personality, and outstanding people skills

    Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work in multiple locations
