    Meat Team Member

    You will be a key member of our meat team, working closely with other associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality products are available to our members.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service to members across the club
    • Preparing and displaying high-quality meat products according to established standards
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Adapting to new tools and technologies to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
    • Collaborating with colleagues to build a strong and efficient meat team

    Responsibilities:

    • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to achieve business goals and objectives

    • Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas, controlling inventory, and adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and promote a positive image of the department and the club

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
