We are partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with expertise in troubleshooting.

Our client has recently transitioned from CSOD to OnPoint and is currently in the process of migrating and uploading a comprehensive catalog of courses.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving issues related to LMS configuration and functionality.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and troubleshoot LMS-related issues to determine whether they stem from configuration settings or system malfunctions.

Collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to address technical challenges and ensure smooth operation of the LMS.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet project deadlines.
Assist in the conversion and uploading of course content onto the OnPoint platform.
Provide technical support and guidance to users as needed.
Maintain documentation related to LMS configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.

Requirements:
Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems, preferably OnPoint or similar platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
Familiarity with Articulate 360 is a plus, but not required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

through 2024 with possible extension throughout 2025

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: 100% Virtual

The pay range for this is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour.

Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
