The manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing and implementing a Production Control environment that promotes accountability trust teamwork quality safety Position Responsibilities Lead the establishment operational launch of new Production Control organization defining structure processes KPIs ensure efficient production planning execution Train Mfg Leaders ICs fundamental elements PC Develop integrated organizational strategies policies procedures provide input departmental business technical strategies goals objectives Acquire resources organizational activities manage suppliers leads process improvements Develop maintain relationships partnerships customers stakeholders peers partners directs Seek Speak Listen Provide oversight approval technical approaches products processes drive First Pass Quality Manage develop motivate employees first-level managers individual team development Assist driving Boeing s Production System BPS transformation OneBPS This position requires someone coordinate gain consensus across organization horizontally vertically Manage total product flow supplier completion identify issues challenges based trends Effectively problem solve address production challenges improve processes
