Job summary

Ingredient Control Technicians work in the kitchen of the plant preparing batched product for blenders according to written procedures and customer formulas. They sanitize equipment, receive bulk materials, maintain logs, and uphold the highest of quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; One year certificate from college or technical school preferred;
  • or three to six months related experience and/or training;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
