We are hiring a reliable and experienced Retail Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and coworkers by patrolling monitoring premises performing search procedures Shifts include Part time Schedules may vary from Mornings Afternoons Hourly starting wage $1850HR Responsibilities Monitor authorize entrance departure of employees visitors other persons guard against theft maintain security safety of premises Circulate among customers patrons employees preserve order protect property Guard patrol monitor industrial commercial premises prevent safety hazards theft violence infractions rules Enforce rules regulations policies procedures respond emergency situations requiring security assistance Escort foot motor vehicle transport individuals specified locations provide personal protection escort persons customer property Write detailed narrative reports maintain daily activity reports DARs Provide assistance customers employees visitors courteous professional manner Monitor irregular unusual activity Secure facility designated areas Enforce facility company policies procedures Investigate prepare reports incidents Qualifications High school diploma GED equivalent Must have valid Security Guard License Must have one year experience security officer Must have open availability work shifts schedules Must have reliable transportation Excellent written verbal communication skills English Clean driving record valid driver license Capable following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Willingness participate companys screening process drug screen background investigation Knowledge security operations procedures
