- Familiarity with ophthalmic instruments, diagnostic tests, and surgical equipment. Proficiency in performing visual acuity tests, tonometry, and other ophthalmic procedures.

- Answering Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Provide information about clinic services, appointment availability, insurance coverage, and general inquiries related to the practice.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain and update patient records in the EHR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Retrieve and file medical records as needed, following established protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
- Patient Satisfaction: Strive to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by addressing patient concerns, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a compassionate and empathetic approach.

- Education: A minimum requirement of a High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is expected.
