We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at , a 205 unit apartment community in Westminster, CO.

****In addition to the hourly pay, a sign-on bonus of $1,500 (minus taxes) will be included if hired by 2/28/22 ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)****

****This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus (minus taxes) upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination****

**Position Summary:** As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the general appearance and cleanliness of the physical property.

**Responsibilities:**

Maintain general appearance of the property and grounds

Clean common areas, hallways, and amenities

Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents

**Qualifications:**

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Must be dependable

Must demonstrate attention to detail

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing
