    Job Title:

    Service Project Sales Executive


    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Service Project Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in securing small, negotiated projects for our service operations team, you will be responsible for meeting individual sales targets and achieving annual growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and cultivate new prospects for service project sales, driving the growth of our client base.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and optimize performance.
    • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure and booking, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Establish and nurture key customer relationships, leveraging positive references to generate additional sales opportunities.
    • Maintain an ongoing sales funnel, providing regular updates as directed by management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • A degree (AS/BS/BA) in a relevant field or 2-3 years of proven industry experience is highly preferred.
    • 1-2 years of successful sales experience is strongly preferred.
    • Strong capability to oversee all facets of the sales process, including financial management, technical solutions, and procurement strategies.

    Estimated Compensation Range:

    $75,000-$90,000, commission-eligible
