    Responsibilities

    Bid Coordination:

    Effectively coordinate and manage all facets of the estimation process, from receiving bid notifications to ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.


    Take-Offs and Budgeting:
    Conduct comprehensive take-offs, meticulously analyze project requirements, and develop accurate budgets that align with project specifications.

    Customer RFQ Responses:

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), providing detailed and competitive estimates that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.


    Documentation Management:
    Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to estimates, ensuring accessibility for reference and review.

    Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and insights for accurate estimations.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and construction methodologies, contributing to ongoing improvements in estimating processes and strategies.

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry is required
    Relevant degree or certification in HVAC or a related field is preferred
    Proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints, systems, and documents
    Strong analytical skills to perform accurate take-offs and budget assessments
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
    Familiarity with relevant estimating software and tools
    Meticulous attention to detail in analyzing project requirements and creating accurate estimates
    Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
