We are excited to partner with a Nashville non-profit in finding their next Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors on all aspects of the agency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy and Board Development
• All Operations and people management
• Collaborate and advocate
• Serve as the public voice and face of the organization
• Experience with programming management.

Qualifications needed:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 10 years of experience in the non-profit industry with at least 4 of those years holding management positions
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Must be comfortable with advocacy work.
