    Role Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct Response Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team at Bucked Up. As a Direct Response Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, such as META, TikTok, and Google, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of direct response tactics, trends, and audience targeting capabilities.

    Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

    • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies on Direct Response aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives; collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign timelines.
    • Media Buying and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Direct Response advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize the impact of campaigns; monitor campaign spending and adjust budgets as needed to ensure optimal performance.
    • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives tailored to the platform; provide input on creative elements that resonate with the audience.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement; use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
    • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Direct Response advertising; proactively identify new opportunities and technologies to enhance campaign performance.

    Experience/Qualifications

    • Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven experience/track record as a Media Buyer with a focus on direct response and/or e-commerce.
    • Media Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the main social media advertising platforms, features, and audience targeting capabilities; strong understanding of various advertising platforms (with data and analytics) and media channels with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for creating effective marketing materials and collaborating with team members.
    • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, metrics, and market trends is important for making informed marketing decisions and optimizing campaigns.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate ideas clearly.
    • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant marketing technologies.
    • Problem Solving: The ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions while being adaptable to changes and new trends.
