    Description

    Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can expand your skills to maintain and improve a busy workplace? We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. We're a dynamic and supportive team, committed to creating a safe and well-maintained environment for our patients and employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Open and secure buildings at the beginning and end of each business day
    • Complete assigned work orders, perform routine maintenance, and keep accurate status updates
    • Repair fixtures, conduct minor plumbing and mechanical repairs, and ensure general building upkeep
    • Paint or repair walls, windows, doors, floors, and other building structures
    • Set up and tear down equipment for meetings and events as needed
    • Manage general cleaning duties, such as trash removal, window cleaning, and waste disposal
    • Maintain inventory logs for keys, inspections, and supplies
    • Interact with external vendors and ensure proper guidance while on premises
    • Raise and lower flags as required by law or company policy
    • Change air conditioning filters and perform other routine building maintenance tasks

    Requirements:

    • Active Driver License with a clean record
    • 3+ years of of relevant experience (preferred, but not required)
    • Knowledge of basic hand tools, electrical principles, and plumbing concepts
    • Must have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and cooperative attitude
    • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
    • Capable of standing/walking for most of the shift, bending, stooping, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds
    • Must be comfortable with potentially biohazardous waste and adverse weather conditions
    • Flexible with work hours, including occasional Saturdays and local travel to different locations

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 6 AM and 7 PM, with occasional Saturdays between 8 AM and 5 PM as needed.
