The Senior Product Manager - Technical will own the charter to build new Kindle software experiences for our devices. The Sr.Product Manager - Technical will be able to wear several hats to build new software experiences for Kindle device customers worldwide.
You drive prioritization across multiple teams, communication with internal stakeholders, VOCs with customers, and the adoption plan.You are an evangelist, taking a new product to market, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.
Key job responsibilitiesInspire the team with the product vision, invent new ways to enable app development, and work cross-functionally to bring the product to lifeWork with customers, internal and external partners to identify the right features, priorities and user journeysRegular engagement with senior executives to represent your project within broader strategiesPartner with engineering leaders across orgs to align on the strategy for the program and technical implementation choicesWrite business requirement documents and define use cases, features, and KPIsCreate the business case and go to market strategyManage the entire product life cycle from inception to launchPlan and launch the product with customers, including Beta customersHire and develop the best by building/managing a team to deliver on your charterWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USA | Sunnyvale, CA, USABasic qualifications- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPreferred qualification - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancementsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
